They changed the course !

I’ve shot the Canada Cup in Mont Tremblant twice now already and when arrive at the circus that is Mont Tremblant in late Spring, after fighting off the hordes of people, I climb up the Nansen trail and head for the woods. Except this year, after climbing Nansen, they had the riders do a quick loop in the woods and then sent them back down through a trail just alongside the Nansen. Which meant, most of the climbing took place in the wide open.

Another gorgeous day in Tremblant, warm, sunny and it meant that Spring was finally here.

Raphaël Gagné and Emily Batty do what they do best, that is win. They topped the podium and now lead the Canada Cup series. Congratulations to them. It was great to see everyone, including Pasquale Stalteri (a much slimmed down version might I add) and I think we can all finally say that winter is definitely behind us.

Here are my favourite photos from the Canada Cup Mont Tremblant 2015 edition.
